Gravity Forms

Since we all need more identity politics, and know that the market is evil — especially the real estate market — naturally we get Vida. There’s plenty of real personal drama here to make a great show, emphasizing a wide range of common human experiences. Something we could all identify with. But, no, we can’t have none of that. Instead, we have to have a grand show about latino/latina/latinx identity. And they have to be in the fight of their lives against the gentrification of their neighborhood. Because, the other with money is always evil.

Oh, and did I mention the whole lesbian thing. Because, I mean, why not? Sometimes, with some of these woke TV shows, it seems like a contest to see just how many people they can alienate. But, hey, capitalism is evil. So, whatever.

A real missed opportunity here. But social justice nonsense ruins everything.
